✱ If the item you selected is still available, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) to confirm your order.

✱ If you do not receive a call from us within 48 hours, please assume that the items are out of stock.

✱ Once a packed item is opened, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned, unless the product is received in a damaged condition. We will not entertain any complaints after our delivery person has left your home/office/delivery address.

✱ We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store. If a customer wishes to pick up their parcel, they must contact us to find out the nearest pickup point in their location.

✱ We use Pathao/Redex courier services for parcel delivery, offering Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. If a customer prefers to use a different courier service (such as Sundarban or SA Paribahan), they must make full payment in advance, as conditional delivery is not applicable.

✱ We aim to deliver parcels within 2-3 days in Dhaka city and 2-4 days across Bangladesh. However, please note that delivery times may be longer due to occasional heavy traffic, courier complexities, transport strikes, or other national emergency situations.
